There are over 2M SMBs (Small & Medium Businesses) in Australia, yet nearly 60% don’t have an online presence. So we needed to show small business owners how easy it is to create an online presence using GoDaddy’s Website Builder. We recruited Home and Away’s Ray Meagher, a self-confessed seventy-something technophobe, to launch Ray’s Flamin’ Hot Sauce, a genuine online business, demonstrating how easy it is to create a website using the catchphrase ‘It’s flamin’ easy’. We supported the campaign with a social media plan using sophisticated audience and behavioural targeting to support ATL activity, and drive conversion.
